I've got more than 100 games in my library. All of them are at least well enough maintained that they run via steam by clicking the play button. If Ubisoft isn't capeable of keeping their game-client (and uneccessary programs noone asks for which need to run in the background anyway) up to date in steam, my game experience ends right there - when hitting the play button.
I've requested a refund for HOMM VI after writing the OP (and review reflecting my "HOMM VI experience"). Steam has accepted my request a couple of hours ago. Ubisoft, you won't see a bloody cent from me as long as you can't get your ♥♥♥♥ together and get rid of U-Play.
See you in another 5 years, perhaps!

And yes, Ubisoft spit on user problems, as always.
Well, I've planned to avoid products requireing U-Play altogether. By accident I've bought HOMM VI nevertheless, so yes I should have been more careful with my purchase.
However the reason for my refund request is NOT the fact that HOMM VI requires U-Play. This was indeed clearly advertised and it's my mistake if I purchase the produce nevertheless. Sure, I've sighed when I've seen U-play being installed on my system, but wanted to check out the game anyway. The reason why I've requested a refund is that U-Play prevented me from playing the game (see the video in the OP).
But honestly do as Kai suggested and give the game a shot, i got it like a week ago and i cant stop playing, it still has few minor bugs but nothing crazy and overall its a great game as of 2015!
if you uninstall, download and run uplay as admin, then go to game folder:
Steam\SteamApps\common\Might and Magic Heroes VI
and set "Might & Magic Heroes VI.exe" and "Game.exe" - run as administrator.
try. may be itll help.
