Can't play Might and Magi: Heroes VI

Hey, i have a huge problem.

I just can't play the game. When I start the game, it says that I may check my internet connection as Conflux can't connect. Furthermore, I don't have any usable Content. I can't do anything. I got this Game via Steam with the 3 DLCs Pirates, Gold and Danse. After I installed it, I had to start it using uplay and it said Might and Magic 6: Shades of Darkness.

Can anyone help me?

I already disbaled my firewall, defender, antivir. I even opened my whole ports for a short moment. Still unable to connect. I don't know where the problem is.. and where can I see my current patch? But steam should update it. It downloaded nearly 11gb.
