I tried many different mice and not one helped.
not sure which exactly option solved the problem, you can experiment with this
config is win8,gtx780,core i7

There's shouldn't be a particular problem with my mouse; It's just an old, optical mouse. I don't think it has any dpi settings.
And I don't use Nvidia; I'm using AMD. If there are settings I can turn up to solve this problem, that would be great.

Edit: Okay after playing a few more turns, this is not a great solution but at least it reduces the lag a bit.
