key problem?
just re- dowmloaded the game after a few years .tried to put the key code in..says its invalid ans in use by another account???

maybe you wre using a different uplay account back then?

no, tried it on my uplay accounts [got 2 of them for some reason].but says same thing..guess i will just have to write it off to bad luck and move on...deluxe edition as well.

Hi crackz12, keys can only be used once, so if you have already activated it on an account you will get this error.

All you need to do is sign in with the Uplay account you originally activated it on.

If you are still having an issue, please contact our Support Team https://support.ubi.com so we can take a look.

Ive had the exact same problem and had no help from support I have the key and steam account but it wont let me play.

I bought the game for the third time! Steam is not giving me a new CD-key. It says my CD-key is already in use. This is a robbery and a fraud. Help!
