what the hell
when i click play it just says it quits i cant get in to the game

The same thing is happing with me. I just bought the game and when I launshed it.. a window showed up telling me it's quitted unexpectedly! I am angry as you are! please help us.

I installed the game, and i got that error, so I installed uplay and I redeem the game's code in uplay, and it works!!

I figured out what was wrong, My specs on my laptop are too low to run this game, Other people might have this problem. but thats whats wrong with mine. I just use my friends alienware laptop to play it, Its a great game. but so many high reqiurements.

I had this problem on my old Mac laptop as well, but I recently switched to a new full desktop computer (still Mac) and I got the same error.
