This game works from STEAM on Windows 8.1

I played it fine for over 40 minutes no crashes. It asked me to install something called "Direct Play" and I said yes and the game worked :)

no problem....after its downloaded it runs something called "Direct Play" it gives you the offer to either install or skip which I saw but I didnt know what it did (I am assuimg network play) so I installed it :) the game runs fine on windows 8.1

Do the cut scenes play? Games runs smooth on windows 8.1, unfortunatley no cut scenes.

I had so many issues with ths game on windows 8.1 the game can be fun but what bugs me there is no easy mode in battles just normal and hard and everytime I ge to building a base and an army in comes the cpu enemy and crushes me no matter what army i have :( it sucks
