Not a bad game at all, but a game that came short because of poor decisions by EA. A game with so much potential, so much promise, but was stripped to barebones because of....you know it, EA.
Go in-game, they spam you to death about loging in, constantly, every start up, to take advantage of the 'online features'...pff. Also, microtransactions EVERYWHERE, all in your face. You can only get these in-game items if you buy Sim points, which is a total scam if I ever seen one. The in-game microtransaction items are just re-skins of other items, and isn't a game changing feature.
DLC - Wow, really EA? Only EA can get away with selling people a WEATHER SYSTEM, that should already be in the base game. Same with Pets, and University Life. To get the full experience, you have to folk out over $200. Sorry, I'm no sucker, EA.
I really hope another developer comes along (no association with EA) and gives us a true Life Sim, and embarrass EA, just like what CO did with their game Cities: Skyline.
