Game crashes when I save

soo yeah i would be playing for like 1-2 hr and then save and quit but when i hit save the game gives me a 'looking for errer' note and then crash dose anyone know why this happns? And is there is a way to fix this? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled all of my mods to newer versions.
