I loved, finding seperate items online, and just put them ingame, i could buy expansions ofcourse, but that will never get you so many items, as when u could just download them everywhere, and have them ingame. ...
All you need to do is open your save file folder, make a new folder called DOWNLOADS, and there.
Thanks for the explanation that goes with it, u guys are great .....

in the .cfg file YOU WILL NEED THIS TO MAKE THEM LOAD! and you should move this file to Documents/Electronic arts/Sims 3/Mods Do not paste it into the packages folder.
by this you can add real ''MODS'' like increased Sliders, MasterController etc.
You can't and i seriously mean can't get any ''MODS'' from the sims 3 community by that i mean the exchange or the market. a mod that will basicly extend the options is the MasterControllerMod wich i use and think its very good can be found by this link: http://nraas.wikispaces.com/MasterController also on this site they will explain/also link the stuff you will need in order to make ''MODS'' work.
I hope this will help you.
