Price Of DLC

The price of the DLC is well over priced, like 29.99 for 4 different seasons, really? and other stuff is just basic funiture in the game and possibly a town for about 20.00?? too much :/

Thats how EA runs things. The DLCs were on sale a few weeks ago on Origin for 50% off but yeah they are pretty expensive.

They never will. Considering how incredibly high the sales are of these expansion packs/stuffs packs, they figured they might just increase the price or set it at a high rate.
The Sims 3 is by far the most expensive overall game ever existed.

I think i'll agree with you there likes but it seems i'll need to keep a look out for the sales and hopefully catch a few of them when they are on so i can get them because its just basically like buying a brand new game for your PC :P

not only are they expensive, they're also just things that came in expansion packs in The Sims 2. The Sims 3 should only make expansion packs containing things that weren't in The Sims 2 complete and let the standalone Sims 3 have the stuff that Sims 2 complete have

EA has the most confusing pricing of any publisher I've encountered.

Sims 3 Showtime - $20 USD
Sims 3 Showtime Katy Perry Collector's Edition - $20 USD
Sims 3 Fast Lane Stuff - $20 USD
Sims 3 Pets - $20 USD
Sims 3 Ambitions - $30 USD
Sims 3 Supernatural - $30 USD

Seriously, how do they come up with this? A collector's edition costing the same amount as the standard? An expansion released in 2010 costing the same as one released in late 2012? A mediocre stuff pack costing the same amount as a full fledged expansion?

Come on.

I was pissed off when I found out that they sold the "game" for 30$, but if you want to play the full thing you have to pay well over 200$. Now I just laugh at everybody else who bought this piece of crap.
