a racing game on pc? thats kinda odd since you're using keyboard

None and the only good mode is the racing, the actual Hot Pursuit sucks which is funny as it is what the game is meant to be about.

What killed the game is no in game chat and no community hub, people cannot communicate so that is a death sentence for an online game.

Wow.
Plug in any controller and use that instead of the keyboard. We did this on our home computers in the 80's, you should be able to do so now as well. To give a half serious answer to your trollpost, no, not that many are playing this online unfortunately.

back when this game just got released, it had a lot of people. now, i doubt it.

During the weekday there is little chance of running into anyone, you have a higher chance of playing with people on the weekends. Even then you have to choose only the sports cars. No one does exotics or anything else except sports.

I've had a lot of times where I've run into full rooms on weekends, it's also mostly the Europeans that play this i think, so you have to play according to their timezone.

When I'm playing there are mostly 8 people for 8 slots (full). Game is popular and is AWESOME! Remember me the NFS4 from PS1. :-)

Or you're terrible at the HP mode; it's the only mode I ever bothered with online because it's so damn fun.
