Dragon Age: Origins is my favourite RPG, personally. It may have aged a little over the last 6 or so years, it wasn't the most beautiful game to begin with, but there's a thriving mod community with countless mods you can find to improve and/or change the game. The vanilla experience is still very enjoyable. Upon the time of writing this reviwe my Steam account has logged a 30-something hours, still rising as I'm playing through Awakening, but in my pre-PC days I must have put at least 300+ hours into this game on Xbox 360.
It has a fantastic story that you can really get yourself immersed in, plenty of GOOD QUALITY DLC, and characters you love. Playing through this game, forging relationships and alliance can be great fun and even now, on what must be my 11th (or so) playthrough of this game I've found things I've managed to miss before. It's just one of those games.
For me personally, it's a 10/10. It has it's issues but I can see past those because I just love this game (like most BioWare RPG's) so so much.
