How to fix the Product registration if you use a graphics card AMD
When I tried to play dead space 2, the activation program made a looping leaving me unable to play. so i checked steam dead space 2 forum.
Some user with nvidia already managed to solve the problem, putting the graphic card to high.

My problem was that my graphics card was AMD.... hahaha .... :(
if you have an AMD graphics card .... cry no more! :)
Here is the explanation:

1º Go to your AMD control center.
2º Open 3D settings.
3º Go to standard settings.
4º Change to Optimal quality..... and done.
try running your game again and put your registration code.

*remember to check in library if the registration code is right!
use your 2ºmouse buttom in dead space 2 and check cd code.(if you bought in steam of course)

I hope it helped you :) * by the way, my pc use "ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphic card"

I have a Radeon HD 7870 and I do not have anything that says "standard settings". The only option that includes anything about optimized is under Tessellation which I have tried that with "amd optimized" on and off. I have set all graphics to low and set them all to high.

Does anyone know the actual source of the issue? I now when playing dead space one there were issues that people all claimed turning on v-sync would fix like the first enemy and movement, but in actuality v-sync had nothing to do with them, it was all because of a user's fps which mine were around 400 even with v-sync.

Since players are mentioning having to set the game to high I feel like this may be a similar scenario.
