Resolution problems

i am using intergraded graphics of intel HD 4000. Startup i believe my resolution is 1280x720, but whenever i am in battle it goes into 800x600 and i can not see part of the screen. it seems like i zoomed into the screen. i go to video options and it says 800x600.

this is the only fix to for the res
go to the file Steam/steamapps/rome total war gold/preferences/preferences.txt
then you go to strategy_resolution (change it to your screen res)
then you go to strategy_max_resolution (set it to the same as last)
then you go to battle_resolution (set it to the same as last)
then you go to battle_max_resolution (set it to the same as last)

weird when i first did it like 3 days ago it didn't work, but now it worked! thanks!
