What is actually wrong with this game?

I see a lot of threads with people raging and wanting their money back and whatnot, but nothing specifying what exactly is wrong with the game? I'd like specifics; not just "it's buggy" or "it runs badly" or "it's a bad game", I mean specific issues that you have problems with. Thanks.

I try Playing the game but scared it will blow up my computer lol, it runs past 80c on my GPU even on low with lowest res, specs ati M6990, 8gb ram, Windows 7 homeprem, Intel i7-2630QM. P.s I play Bf3 On Lowest an still get better temp and 60fps on caspwatever boarder.

I actually enjoyed the games mechanics, but this was my first stronghold game, and I couldn't fully understand the story, due to it being a sequel.
The game isn't too bad, but I can understand what people dislike about it. I've watched various videos of the previous versions, and the huge battles seemed to have been left out.

So yeah, my only complaint was the story. It would have helped with an introduction to tell people of the previous versions. The whole silverback, the rats, and the pigs. That was all too confusing for me.
