Lol you're right, there doesnt seem to be a way to remove a placed building in map editor....I was able to reverse terrain changes by using CTRL+right-click, but there doesnt seem to be a way to remove buildings in the same manner...i didnt place many buildings in map editor, so I hadnt run into that...try the firefly forums maybe ?

That would be helpful if it wasn't for the fact that the game is abandoned.

To remove already placed items in the editor:

- Click at the "objects"-tab.
You'll get a list of all objects you've build, more or less split into a few groups.
Select the object you want to remove and hit [del] at your keyboard.
Keep in mind that walls sometimes have to be removed several times after placing towers / gatehouses into them.

I used to design maps with SH2. Can I save one, import the map into the SH3 map editor and edit? My greatest disappointment with SH3 is loss of easy map editing. I cannot "unlock" the maps that are in SH3 and thus be enables to edit them. Any help here?
