Update #3 Changelog (Feb 2, 2017)
I was in the middle of freshening up the mobile VR versions of Titans of Space, and then someone told me that Oculus Remote support was sort of broken in Update #2. Oops! Decided to fix that and bring over the improvements I was working on back to PC right away.

  • Fixed Oculus Remote support.
  • Reorganized & simplified the first few menu scenes for a better user experience.
The old "Wait for Input" and "Automatic" button interaction types are now called "Point & Click" and "Point & Wait". And, in Point & Wait mode, all buttons now show visible timer progression.
  • Fixed the pixelly inner edges for Saturn's rings.
  • Lots of other bug fixes and UX adjustments.

I appreciate the patience of all those buying into early access!

Great update Drash. I'm curious as to what the 'lock skybox' option does?

That's an old feature that locks the tour's starry background to the player - so basically it doesn't appear to move as you fly around. This creates an illusion that you are stationary and the planets and moons are the ones moving around. It was an experiment in combating simsickness, and it's certainly trippy, but I never got much feedback on whether it was effective. Just left it there in case someone out there uses it. As a anti-simsickness measure, it's totally outclassed by the new comfort mode, which is enabled when you choose 'Yes' to the the initial "Are you sensitive to motion" question in the beginning.

Hope that helps. :)

That was a great idea. Thanks for the explanation, keep on keeping on.
