Crash on launch

Game crashes on launch saying "MLCrashDump130.dmp" any clues how to fix?

Have you tried reinstalling?

Yea i did..I run on windows 10

I have a similar issue, i select my country and set the difficulty to 7 like normal, and for some reason when it goes to launch the actual game, the launcher stays white longer than usual then just crashes leaving no message. Oddly Making history I and The great war work fine, II refuses to work.
