Shaking Bones

i am at the part of the game where i have to shake the 15 bones, i searched the internet for something helpful because the sound of the bones in the tape is LRRLRRL and i tried it ONE HOUR (!!!) but it didn't work. after that shaking i should get a phone number (i forgot it lol) but i never got that. meanwhile i was calling another number (something with a 6 in it) and i got a bonus item... yea but everytime i called the 3545 (something like that) number she said: that's a dead line caller and i thought whaaaat the hell is wrong with you. so i go this thought: i read in the internet that after the telephone call the door behind the buffet room isn't locked anymore. i think i have to shake the bones right and then i can make the call and after the call i can go on. sorry for that bad english i hope you can understand my ''little'' problem and help me. thx <3
