Screen isnt centre! Help!

Help, i bought this as part of that bundle deal, but it wouldnt play properly, so i set up an XP hardrive but still doesnt work!

It loads up but the its shifted to the left (by about 1/5), with a black bar down the right of the screen, so i cant seen whats goin on the left hand side.
Ive tried typing in "-windowed" in the launch mode but that doesnt seem to work.
