$1? Yes, more than worth it.
One of the best post-Lucas Arts era adventure games IMO.

Agreed. I had this on my wish list and just snapped it up! Retro gaming goodness :)

A bit tricky to get it working on modern systems, but hey, see it as an extra puzzle ;)

Thanks developers, it's a gem!

DVD version worked like a charm on my XP 32 bit when I first played it. Haven't tried Steam version or Win7x64 though.

My (very) new system runs it fine on Win 8.1 x64

I'm just getting started, but the atmosphere is so charming, I don't want to rush through it.

Great game.

BTW - Vista 32 bit GPU - GTX560 - it runs perfectly.

Wish there were more of a reason to buy it, I already own both games on CD. I have the original cases.

Yeah, it's too bad Meridian/Microids never got around to adding achievements and trading cards to these.

If you don't have it yet, be sure to pick up The Longest Journey next time it goes on sale :)

Oh, nice! They must not be live yet though, since my Badges page doesn't show them as available drops.

I'm wondering myself if to save on download time I can install from disc, then copy into my Steam directory (I have both Syberias on Steam from bundles.)
