Game Saves

I loved this game and finished it all the way through. Now I want to start over and play it again but I have one issue. The game starts fresh then when I'm able to walk around etc, I have all the items in inventory, I can't make a phone call. Although I started a new game the game is pretty much completed, I think. I didn't load a saved game I started a new game. I'm gonna try to delete the save files manually by digging them out of the hard drive but there's no option to delete saves in-game. Anyone else have some wisdom to share on this?

Ok, I tried it again and it actaully started the game fresh with no flaws. Still, I can't figure out how to delete old saves. I looked in the Steam files and couldn't make head or tails of where the saves were but, no matter. As long as I can play the game fresh I'm good.

Yeah, that's an old bug that was never fixed. The workaround is to quit the game and restart.

As for saves, IIRC they're now placed in My Documents, My Games, etc. That is, the standard Windows Vista/7 path.
