The guys from schote.biz released the German language files (menu, subtitles, voices) for Scratches which works for the Steam version.

Ich kann die deutschen Sprachdateien leider nicht runterladen. Hat jemand eine Idee, wie ich an eine deutsche Sprachdatei für das Spiel komme?

The Compiware Steam Files are deleted, only GOG version is available, what did not work for me.
I got the old files from Tyler Duden and upload them in my forum on a server.
