How to fix gameissue
Theatre of war 2 Africa 1943 Classic Version 1.3

Gamecrash can be resolve by adding missing files.

To do so, open folder "007009mm"
Go to "X:*.*\Theatre of War 2 Africa\Effects\GunFire\007009mm"
( X in case is your local Harddrive )

There you will find a file called "mono.sim". Copy and paste it to the following folder
"010019mm" "020049mm" "050_089mm".

You made it. Good luck and have fun.

One more advice. If you have problems within WIN 7.

Try to install older games by there required OS e.g. WINXP.
Then copy and paste the complete installation folder to WIN 7.

i'll give this a go later, but i dont like the idea of having to copy and paste a complete installation to the win 7 folder, i'll definately try the part above however.

For the record its the game crash that happens after loading and once the battle is about to begin.

The strange thing however is that it was working fine, until i upgraded my ram and video card which is making all my other games including theatre of war 1, run better. So why would it have worked then, but not now?

I'm sorry but the above advice didnt work, and as for the win7, you expect me to install it using windows xp? How exactly?

If i am using Win 7?

Not to mention that the game was working until i did an upgrade to my video card and memory. Everything else is working better, even Theatre of War 1.
