Steam should have downloaded the JSH mod 1.3.5, just play again all the campaigns, you will notice the difference ;)

Note: If your game has been installed for a while, JSH will not appear as an option for install (which v1.3.5 automatically does on install now), and may not be in the game's main folder. Simply run the "verify the integrity of the game cache" option to get it downloaded into the main folder. Then you can click on the JSH.exe to install! :D
