Theatre of War is not working, unexpected crash after 5-10mins

Hi
Please help me to solve this issue with Theatre of War
My PC crash randomly after 5-10 mins of playing.
I tried to disable EAX, extended sound, reduce video settings (no grass, no shadow, all low at other setting) reduce the resolution to 1600:900 instead of full HD (this help extending the playing time abit).
I also tried to copy atioglxx.dll to game's folder but it is worse, The game cannot start.
Here is my PC specs (I think it's enough to play this game)
Core i7 3820
16GB RAM
SSD for Win and Games
Creative Recon3D
AMD Radeon R9 295X2
PSU CoolerMaster V1000

Try to disable sound completely via config.exe to determine if it is causing the problem.
