My account is completly locked!!! ????

Ok basically I bought SSF4 AE on Steam and made the correct accounts with windows live and made a gamertag etc.... But I started having troubles logging into windows live through ssf4. Then trying to fix it I closed the windows live account that I had (With my gamertag attached) And proceeded to make a new account. When I came to re-registering I couldn't use the email I had just used (From the account I closed) Saying that it was not available So I made a new email and used that and made a new gamertag. Then came to sign into ssf4 online and it asks for my Key for the game. But then the key has already been used on another account it says. I cant get my old account back my old gamer tag is still there but I cant log into it as when I type in my old details I closed the account.

What should I do : / !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Long answer: Try to contact GFWL support and explain the whole situation to them, see if they can help.
