SF4 standard fightstick

I wanna know if anyone knows how to get the PS3 SF4 fightstick to work on PC? Its the standard one like the title says. I just got it today and I got SF4:AE on PC thinking when I get the fightstick it would work on my PC but it doesn't, any suggestions?

If it's a madcatz, I hear that madcatz sticks have problems with computers with a nvidia chipset.

In SF4, go to Options, button config, then use the arrow keys to navigate to the right til you find your stick which you'll have map the buttons for.

The only ps3 sticks that have issues with certain computers are the TE Round 1/2's and the Se's.

This. Round 2 stick of mine required a via chipset before it would work even though it shows up on the device manager.

Only one button or all of them? What about the joystick?

Are the inputs being detected in the control panel? Did you try any other usb port?

I tried every button and joystick and tried the LS DP and RS changing and the inputs aren't being detected in the control panel. I also tried all my USB ports. I hope I don't have to buy that one special USB port to even use my Fight Stick :/

Shoot man, I'm sorry but you'll need the via chipset then. Where did you buy the stick from? How much was it? You MIGHT be better off returning it depending on how much you paid for it.

I didn't pay for anything, It works fine and dandy on my PS3 with no problems what so ever but it just won't work on my PC...

It's a common problem with the madcatz Tournament R1/2's and Standard edition arcade sticks. You'll need that via chipset if you want a plug n play solution.
