I let it do this for 15 minutes earlier
I literally can not do that. I hear its all about timing I sat there at that trial for 10 minutes. Its just no possible on the controller I am starting to believe.
Pretty sure I need a fight stick to actually play juri well. I wont go to keyboard. I hate hitboxing.
Ps3 trollers werent designed for pc anyways, probably a reason why its not working properly
Not only you need to know how to use your character moves but also wich moves you need to counter the characters you face...
Not one single place did I use the word master in my post nor imply it.
Whatever word you preffer then, still 6 hours is not enough to learn a character...
You sound frustrated also, so you should take a brake and try again later mate...
But not being able to defeat Bison on easy mode sounds wierd and exagerated, are you sure you have your controller pluged in?
Pretty sure any one can win pressing just one button against him on easy mode, maybe if you try using the controller with the hands and not your feet may work for you... =)

Your execution has to be flawless, because a dropped combo or blockstring might end into a cmd grab or DP by your opponent. The thing is,you have to know frame data. How it works in this game. And learn which moves are safest of Juri and most useful.
Btw but all matchups have to be played in a different way.
I can imagine that some matchups should be easy for Juri, but some very hard.
Zangief should be pretty easy ,but Ryu could be very hard. You should have a general idea about
strengths and weakpoints of certain characters.
It is very important to know ,that the AI plays much different than a human player.
If you dont get the wanted results with Juri, then you should might drop her.
Just an advice, but you should know the current metagame of AE 2012.It is very much important to get a knockdown, then during you opponents wake up time, you do some ambiguous crossup on them. This way is the best way ,to get a lot of damage(Everyone could do 300+ damage).
It does not work on everyone(Seth,Akuma,Bison).
About Bison,he has a crap comeback potential. His combo damage is pretty bad, most of his special moves can be defeated by moves with some invincibility frames(Cannon Spike or Shoryuken-.-).Or just pick Guile(a 8-2 matchup for Guile)
I can tell you that new players will need a lot of time to master link combos with 1-2 frames,so don´t worry about the combo system,it is indeed very hard for beginners.
Juri is such a character. Quite ineffective in the air but her special moves (wheel kick and the fireball-esque attacks) should be enough. So far I have only done a walkthrough on medium and it worked without any difficulty.
I say the trial / challenge modes can help but due to the wrong timing I am unable to finish any character's list. I get halfway than Dan simply blocks everything. Sometimes the timing is OK but I do not understand why as I keep pressing the buttons the same way. Most combos can easily be learned from the CPU, that is why it is useful to play with Akuma, Oni, Ryu, Evil Ryu, as while mastering their techniques (I admit what they do can be considered overkill) you can learn how the CPU behaves with everybody.
I've completed the hardest difficulty with one 3rd of the available rooster - still has not gotten to Juri but I look forward to practicing with her.
This is stupid. I do not want to move to a higher difficulty until I can beat this guy on easy. This is an absolute joke, I'm so frustrated with myself or the game. I don't know which.
The controller is fine, you just need to get used to it and master her combos =).
Don't get discouraged because you don't own a fighting stick, I main Viper and it works just fine.
It's all about getting the timing right even if it takes half an hour at first xD
I play with a ps3 pad, my main is Juri and it's fine. Arcade stck won't make you better.
Or just get the lifelead. He doesnt have a great comeback potential. His Ultras are hard to confirm.
Juri is a demanding character.
She has an average health bar, get stun pretty fast, got no reversal (ok, ex senpusha is useful, sometimes). If you're knockdown, it's party time for your opponent. She walk slowly, had a bad backdash, Ultras are (in my opinion) useless..
BUT :
-front dash is fast.
-great collection of anti air normal moves
-kasatushi (the counter) is useful and can surprise your opponent
-her super is a great move easily connected
-once your opponent is konckdown, you can easily melt his brain with her mix-up
-great juggle play
-Her crossup (jump MK) is great
-she's so cute *o*
Basically, you have to be in control. Use her fireball storage to make your opponent act the way you want. If they are in corner or knockdown, go crazy on them with the mix up.
CONTROL THE GROUND, don't go jumping all over the place.
Use the divekick wisely, you can be easily punish.
Also, your execution must be perfect when comboing.
For the rest, you have to know the match up, what works or not against some characters.
For me the worst match up are : dictator, claw, Honda, Fei long, Rufus, Yun, Sakura.
The rest of the cast is even, maybe hard, but nothing undoable.
