Odd lag issue

I have a pretty weird lag issue that I cannot seem to find anyone else experiencing.

After around 30 seconds, whether if I'm in the menus or in the middle of a round, the game will start to get really choppy. But if I move my mouse or press any key on my keyboard, it will go back to playing smoothly. My screen saver is off and I'm not sure what else is being triggered in this 30ish seconds.

Anyone else have this issue?
