I don't have the Pre-order 2014 Challengers Pack!

So I bought the Ultra Street Fighter IV digital upgrade yesterday (the 7th) at 9 PM and did not receive the 2014 Challengers Pack! even though steam was still advertising the pre-order bonus.

Update! So I've got something worked out for those who missed the pre-order bonus by the skin of your teeth.

To receive your pre-order DLC costume pack, please email your 'proof of purchase' to Capcom Customer Support at [e-mail] before Friday, August 15th, 10AM Pacific Time.

You can forward the purchase confirmation email that Steam sends to your registered email address.

Please use the following email subject line (without quotes):

"Steam USF4 Pre-order DLC"

Yeah... the game was released at 8 PM, so you missed it by an hour.

Are you sure you actually pre-ordered it and didn't just buy it without refreshing the page? I did it around an hour before release and still got the costumes. Try contacting Steam support I guess.

Well the game was going to come out on the 8th and I guess they moved it up a day. I logged into Steam at 9 PM Pacific on the 7th and purchased the digial upgrade because they were still advertising the pre-order bonus. I don't see it listed under my DLC and I can't choose any of the costumes. That is unless I have to unlock them in the game?

Glad I'm not the only one that didn't receive the 2014 Challengers Pack!. I notified Steam support and asked them to add it to my DLC. If that's not possible, I would like a refund and I'll just buy it from somewhere else when it's cheaper.

same here , I do see in properties under dlc tab it says super street fighter iv fantasy 2014 challenge .... but I have no idea how to put on the costumes , I am sure because it said preorder when I added the ultra street fighter iv upgrade to library
does anyone know how to turn on the costumes ?
I had ssfiv before the upgrade and that's why I had no idea how to put on the costumes , and one of the reasons I preordered was that I would get all previous costumes

I dont have it either, they were still advertising that the fantasy costumes are available, so i bought the game but its not there

Of course. I don't have the pre order bonus and can't use any of the new costumes because of it. This is why i created this thread.

I think only who pre-order the game in full ( 27 dollar or so ..) get the costumes Challengers Pack and the digitial update get only the fantasy Costume for pre-order

I just bought it after i saw that it advertised as it coming with the upgrade pack and didnt recieve it.. very dissapointing!
