It install the game and it not starting up.

I bought this game three years ago and still have yet to be able to play it do to GFWL being a total piece of ♥♥♥♥ and not "recognizing my internet connection".

Run the games' .exe as Admin from the Steam folder. Once the game starts, it'll say Update Windows Live. After the update the game should run again from Steam
