Is this game any good?
Really, I look at it and it looks a bit generic.

I played the game for about thirty minutes yesterday, seems pretty fun.

Yeah this game is great! It's very challenging and exciting, though it is quite short - you'll get a lot more time out of it if you go after the achievements though, you really have to master the game to get all of them!

I see it has DRM AND also that it has limited activations.

Hell no.

Limited activations on STEAM? What.

Yes but wasn't this oridinally on the snes or something? I'm not saying this as fact because I have no idea. And I like a lot of old school games that probably new generation of gamers wouldn't enjoy for the difficulty

No. This is one of those "let's make a retro version of a game." It started as an April's Fools joke but apparently someone at Capcom thought it was good enough to be released.

I was about to buy it until I heard it had SecuROM and some people apparently have trouble installing it after a reboot or on multiple computers.

Ahhhhh I see. Yeah I think I'll give this one a pass

DON'T BUY IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO PLAY THE LOTERY OF "IT MIGHT OR IT MIGHT NOT WORK AT ALL"

This game is very advanced, better for skilled players. Its not that simple like Nintendo Game Boy games. But its so much fun. If you are new to retro games, don`t start with that game it will frustrate you for the beginning. Flying with the jet pack and shooting at the same time could be difficult.

I can't get past the incredibly aged pixel graphics. They could have done this so it had art as good as say Mark of the Ninja or Bionic Commando Rearmed, but instead they kept the awful pixel art. I like retro-STYLE games, but not when they look so retro that it uses 30 year old visuals.

Sometimes its good to have things like they are. You have the feeling that you playing a game in the 90s or 80s. Thats the reason why they bringing back, people who want that feeling again.
