Immortal Throne picks up where Titan Quest leaves off.

u need to start up titian quest first becauz imortal thron whont start.
en then just play immortal throne becuze the first part is the same as titan quest but whit better item drops + extra act

Before you start on TQ vanilla, be aware that you can play through the whole game in IT (so including TQ) with all the extra's that IT adds.. so classes, items, stash, and probably more.

I'm not sure what happens if you import your char halfway into IT; heard some say you'll pick right up where you left off, yet others say you'll restart from act1.

Start Titan Quest once, exit. Forget about it.
Start Immortal Throne and play it. There's no point in playing the first one as Immortal Throne contains the base game (with enhancements such as storage) and the expansion obviously.
