Dongle USB Virzoom problem :(

i finally bought the Virzoom, i received it 2 days ago. it's fine but there was a problem with the USB Dongle bluetooth, it was hard to detect it by my computer (i' ve no problem with all my other peripherical hardwares)

finally it worked but i didn't tried VIRZOOM titles atm.

i tried to launch Virzoom Arcade but i was blocked on the main screen "connect USB dongle". it was connected and recognized in the Device Manager (windows 10 x64)
but it never worked.

i uninstalled the driver in order to refresh it but nothing !

i tried with many USB ports, absolutely no reaction.
the dongle seems totally dead even with many reboot from my computer.

i assure you i have no problem with all my system excepted with this dongle.

what can i do please ? Is someone online take a look on my computer to check (using Teamviewer for example)

If you end up emailing us, please make note of what VR headset you use, the exact wording of the message on your screen when you get stuck, and whether you do indeed see the "Bluegiga" item in your device manager as expected. I still occassionally have issues with the dongle not connecting. It just blinks and won't connect. By chance, while blinking, I removed one of the batteries and then put it back in and the light changed to solid green and connected. This happens 1 out of about 20 rides. Use to be more on previous bike.

Hm, I'll ask about the dongle connectivity thing. This happens even after you have launched VirZOOM Arcade and started pedaling? We changed the behavior in the relatively recent firmware update, so in order to connect, you always have to launch VirZOOM Arcade first, and then start pedaling, before it will establish a Bluetooth connection. (This is minimize interference when you have multiple bikes in the same location.)
