Fitbit Integration Question
Hi! I just got my Virzoom bike (which I'm really loving so far!) and I just got a new Fitbit. There seems to be some confusion on the Fitbit forums as to whether or not you have to take your Fitbit off when you do activities that are logged manually, and I have no idea how it works when you're doing an activity that is automatically logged by a third party like Virzoom. So far I've been wearing my it all the time, even when I sleep or shower. I like not having to mess with taking it on and off like I had to with the model I had a few years ago. However, is wearing it while on Virzoom going to cause me to log both Virzoom entries plus any movement that my Fitbit might interpret as a step? It did occur to me that maybe I don't need to worry about that anyway, since there isn't any forward motion, but I just don't know enough about how the Fitbit works to be sure about that ^_^;; Anyway, does anyone know if the information from Virzoom is supposed to overwrite any other movement that the Fitbit picked up at the time?

When you work out on VirZOOM Arcade, we send a log of that workout to your Fitbit account with data like how far you traveled, even if you are not wearing your Fitbit for the workout. If you do wear your Fitbit for the workout, that'll record data for that overlapping period of time. That might not be a bad thing – like, if you want to get a second opinion on your heart rate.

If you happen to try both together, please feel free to let us know whether that feels like enriches your data, or just ends up being confusing. :)
I'll try to remember today to actually look at my step data before I use the bike. The thing I'm worried about is it counting extra calories burned, making me think I can eat things that I really shouldn't ^_^;;
