I already have an account? How to get back into it?

The instructions on the screen will get you back up and running. Basically, you just visit, type in the code on your screen, log in with your existing account, and you're good to go.

That screen just comes up if you happen to not be logged into your VirZOOM account for whatever reason (like, if you bought a new PC you haven't used VirZOOM on before, or it's just been a while since you last logged in). If you have any trouble with your account or setup, though, feel free to email (which we're usually able to respond to more quickly than forum posts).
I went there- it showed me in my account? where to enter the code??
I took a year off - hoping to come back and find bugs eliminated and features added. I ran the bike race and it said "pass 3 riders". Before I could pass anyone- it said I had already done it. = (

I had hoped I would have had arms and a human shadow by now.

I'm guessing you were able to get in! Please do email if you're still having any trouble, though.

We have indeed fixed bugs and added features in the last year. Updates in 2017 have included....

  • fully integrated streaming radio on every platform
  • a new tank map, Thunder Bowl, and an update adding speed boost pick-ups
  • scenic detours and improved AI behavior in Le Tour
  • expanded "ghost" replay functionality across multiple modes
  • a full revamp of our race car games to make them more friendly to drop-in, drop-out play
  • adding multiplayer capability in Le Tour
  • PC/PS4 multiplayer crossplay capabilities
  • a new heads-up display for workout stats (look up while playing)
  • new firmware that makes it easier to multiple bikes in the same place
  • main menu reorganization to make it quicker to get into our most used features
  • additional avatar options
  • "shout" in-game messaging, and subsequent interface improvements
  • gameplay tweaks for comfort and challenge in River Run, Gate Race, and Gem Hunt

And that's just the stuff that made it to PC (as opposed to other platforms, and or the entirely new game content I'm looking forward to sharing in the near future).

Arms and shadows in Le Tour haven't been on the agenda, but I will pass along those suggestions. I will say, though, that the addition of arms is unlikely: In our internal testing and development process, we've found that it's disorienting to see your own avatar's body parts in certain cases. There's no way we can track your actual body part movement in the real world, so it ends up being jarring when your arm movements don't match the avatar's arm movements. (Check out a video of the VR game "The Climb" for another example. You can bet that if they thought they could get away with putting in arms, they would put in arms.)
