Issue with resistance

Any one having an issue with the resistance? This has been getting worse over the last week and how it has gotten to the point where it is almost impossible to ride. Often while peddling the speed just drops to almost nothing even though I have not changed the rate of peddling. For example while in the bike ride I can be going along at about 60kps and then all of a sudden I am almost coming to a stop. Rate of peddling doesn't change. This happens on all the events. I can be riding the horse in the western event and am going along fine and then all of a sudden I come to an almost stop. I have tried to recalabrate the bike but this doesn' help. Almost to the point of not being able to use the bike as it is so frustrating.

BTY, put in new batteries so that isn't the issue.

I haven't experienced this. This sounds like it might be an issue with your bike.

Was thinking it was either the bike or the dogle (usb device) that was losing the signal.

doesn't sound like it has to do with resistance. More so a issue with peddling speed (how ever they are reading that) else the dongle connection.

Know probably not resistance, but not sure what ot call it. Seems like a resistance issue if this were an exercise bike. Have written to company but not gotten a response back yet. Gotten to the point where it is un-rideable.

Hey, sorry you haven't received a response yet – I'm the only one responding to support tickets right now, and I was out of commission for a few days. If anybody else reading this has a similar problem, though, please do what Spyder17 did and email [e-mail]. It sounds like it may be a hardware issue.
