Subtitles from beta branch

In the current beta branch we are having subtitles for radiomen, which are a tons of texts that need to be translated.
I extracted the subtitles file and I will share it with you guy who want to start translation beforehand here.

If you knew how to make it a batch file you can try it. But if you didn't, you can't make it to the game.
