Seems enemies in the various locations can't attack? I can defeat enemies if the fight starts with my turn by if a fight starts with the enemies turn, just like nothing happens? I'm just in the screen where an enemy appears but nothing is happening and all I can do is retreat? But you know I wanna fight them and progress further through the location, but I just can't....

I know there are a ton of unanswered questions, comments, and discussions here. The general consensus here is that the game is abandoned, and yes, that's a pretty fair assessment. I can remap the keys fine and assign mouse keys no problem. Inverting the Y axis works great. But when I turn the game off and restart the game doesn't remember and I have to do it all over again. Anyone else having this issue? Is there a work around?
