People is careless because almost all servers are "visual only" damage and has 5 Flashbacks. Hope to see more serious racers with the new patch and "Hardcore" mode.

The solution is to turn off collisions, or better, turn on collisions and damage.

Agree, standard online is ruined by total pricks who have no idea how to race and instead just cause crashes. Shameful, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tossers, go play call of duty or something where you don't need much ability.

I've already been "dead in the barrier" on the first corner in hardcore mode, doesn't seem to make any difference to people who either don't care or want to piss you off.
I find myself staying back and racing from there, it's a shame I have to do that to enjoy a race though as it reduces my already slim chances of winning!

I feel your pain. Currently waiting with a orange marker after I got smashed in the first corner by some idiot that doesn't know how to brake..

It's a shame that I on purposely have to start slow to prevent ending up in the deadly 'first-corner cluster****'

There should be a penalty similar to the corner cutting after you ram someone or cause them to spin out after contact great than "X" G's (G system was in grid 1, and it wouldn't be that hard to reimplement I wouldn't think). Also, after the rammers get penalized and go further than 10 seconds back, make them ghosts so they can't mess guys up during the next lap. Next, ditch the corner cutting thing and instead just cause a full corner cut to do what real racing 3 does... slow you down to <25% entry speed with poor handling characteristics until you re-enter the pavement. I have lost so many races due to a wrongful corner cutting penalty and its infuriating. Just my $0.02.
