I was wondering if there is any way to change the server and continue playing with my save, I live in Brazil and it looks like when I go online only have Brazilians, and at a time that I play do not have anyone to play with me online, the server is empty, I would like to know if have a way to play with other people on other servers, Americans, Europeans, whatever
and continue with my profile when I want to go back and play with the Brazilians ...

the server you are on is determined by your download region in your steam settings. change it in steam and restart the game. I switched mine to london and how there are always people online when I play.
