The unrefutable problems with this game...
Tons of crap problems in this game, which will probably never be fixed, next to the graphics and partially the control there is nothing better in this game then GRID 1!

Less circuits, stupid rules, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lobbies and server browser with not enough options, all too consolish and for kiddie noobs. At moments totally weird physics when you see people going on two weels sideways, which never ever happens normally in a race, and I'm keeping it short here.

Options being reset after a small patch where the only change in the XML config is version=10 to version=11 and one extra option screenshotMode enabled="false"... oh right, you need to reset all gfx options for that uhuh.

No microphone config, mic always activated by default instead of not, huge fonts in the lobbies, no chat in a PC multiplayer game, first time since 20 years maybe? That's called devolution!
Joining games often doesn't work and needs to be done twice to work. You can't use damage on/off as a search in the browser, you often can't choose a vehicle when joining a running game and entering next race. No spectating when joining a running race.

Already crap DLC, even though we preordered, and one month later DLC, jah...

Do I need to go on!

I will remember this forever Codemasters. You're finished for me!
You're lucky that there is one more generation of crap consoles coming, otherwise you would be finished for sure!

Noob programmers who only care for money!!!

Things like Kickstarter will make sure other, smarter and better skilled people will finish you off in the long run! Who're still in the business to make games to pleasure people instead of finding a way for max ripping off money!!!!

I really don't get gamers these days...
All they do is complain, complain, and complain some more. I say, find a new hobby for chirst sake.

How dare the gaming INDUSTRY attempt to sell you an econimc good for profit! Oy vey...

How dare gamers expect quality goods in exchange for their money!!!!

Your position is already proven to be just plain bs, it is an outrageously medicre short term business model based on making quick cash grabs, until people get tired and companies go bankrupt and everybody asks what happened.

As long as games like Blood Dragon, and many others, keep selling quality gaming at a decent prices, and selling hundreds of thousands of copies, people will keep expecting quality, at a decent prices.

Can you even comprehend the concept??

Way to miss the point. Selling broken products should result in refunds or lawsuits. For reasons known only to regulators and out-of-touch politicians, consumer protection doesn't extend to video games.

Last game I ever preorder, that's for sure.

The soap on the roads is a turn off. It is all the more annoying because the physics engine is really impressive. Probably one of the best in any racing game. But all cars feel like they are driving on a slippery surface and drifting looses its cool.

Touge disqualification when someone PITs you. Fed up of trying to race clean and getting disqualified.

Agreed. I think it has to do with the economy.

People want to play games, but they don't want to pay for them. Everything thinks they are entited to a refund or a discount because they use social media and complain. But, like "...Selling broken products should result in refunds or lawsuits....".

Seriously? It's $50 software. No two computers are alike, there's huge room for error. The risk is on the consumer, knowing that not all programs will run 100%, and knowing that the game may not meet your standards.
Unless you want to spend over $200 for finly tuned software (IE Photoshop).

It's not just gamers, it's... Americans.

Seriously?? Only people that come with such arguments, if they can be called like that, are people who work for the software industry of greed, or viral marketers.

No other industry wants to have the special treatment this one has, selling sub par products at premium prices and retaining full control of what they sell, all the time playing the victim card.

To received a working product in exchange for their money, it's not just gamers, and not just americans, it's customers across the globe wanting to have their rights respected.

Do you want this to change in the DVG era?? To stop people complaining after receiving a non working product in exchange for their money? Implement a refund system, so if people can't get their product to work, they get their money back, just like so many other industries out there work.

...Or people who work in customer support and hear people whine about nothing all day...

The product works as advertised. I have no issues. If you get a refund, I want the game for free.

Stupid, none-sense arguements. If you can't get the product to work, and 1 other person can, than it's up to the PC gamer to fix his PC. The company does not provide technical support. Codemasters tests the game the best they can. Not all PC set ups are the same, not all Windows versions are the same.

If you want to play PC games, learn how a PC works and start troubleshooting your problems.

If you don't like gaming on PC, the new Xbox will be out shortly.

Selfish?

You're begging for a refund, but everyone who CAN play the game gets nothing for free? I think you are the selfish.

Sounds like you just want everything in life to be specific to your needs. Why not buy a Mac?

The reason why the industry is filled with "greedy" developers is becuase money talks.

You want this kind of ♥♥♥♥ to stop happening? Don't complain. It useless to complain. Next time vote with your wallets. Don't ever get suckered into Pro-Orders. I know I did and I paid for it.
