I used fraps which seemed to work fine.. I had similar issues with other programs but relized fraps has most everything you could need. I just use windows movie maker to combine the movies

Oh yeah thats wicked..Question though. Which card are you running it with and do you find any lag at all while using shadowplay. Im wondering about this because I was seriously considering a Nvidia card for my next upgrade. Cause those are some good frames your getting even with shadow play running.

If you like recording videos, Shadowplay is absoulutely amazing. I'm using a GTX 770, and a i7 2600. When recording my fps doesn't drop at all. Zero. Even when recording 60 frames at 50mbps. You can record the ingame resolution, 1080p, 720p, 480p etc. You can adjust the mbps as well, and the recordings are done in the h.264 format. You have the option to record ingame audio as well as microphone audio if you choose.

They added in the ability to also record your desktop using Shadowplay(many users requested the feature). So you can make tutorials, etc...whatever you want with no notable performance impact during the recording.

You should see all the damn videos I have since having this. ;) Its so easy now when you can play and record with no penalty to your fps.

Here's an Iracing vid I did, nothign special but you can see how the recording looks. If ou look at the top right of the screen, you'll see the fps is at 84. I've got the fps capped in the iracing menu at 84 or it would be like 130 fps or something like that. No need to run the vid card that hard. Should watch these via your browser.

I haven't used ShadowPlay since i recorded this

For some reason it didn't play nicely with SLI and was only capturing the frames from GPU 1 and skipping GPU 2. End result 60fps becomes 30 :/ lol

Hopefully they have fixed it now.
