Repurchase game?
So.. for some reason, my fragmented game has gone from being completely playable and everything being A O K, to fragmented saying that i need to repurchase the game in order to play.

I had originally purchased repopulation, so fragmented had just appeared in my shop one day.
I never paid much attention to the CD key or what have you, never needed to on steam.

Not sure how much can be done about this.. but for whatever reason steam support says it doesn't support early access games and i need to contact the game developer. any fix to regain access?

Something odd may have indeed happened here. Though I have no idea what. This is not something that we requested or tried to do, but we now have a couple of reports on this. I'm guessing this may have something to do with the Repop servers going online.

We are contacting our guy at Steam to try to get this sorted out. Are you a pre-Kickstarter player or were you a Steam buyer? If so I'll mention that to them as well to help them try to locate the issue.

Feel free to also contact Steam about the issue and you can reference this response. I'm fairly sure this is a bug of some sort, I doubt they have many special case issues like ours.

We have heard back from Valve shortly ago on this issue. This is an issue related to Repop going back online. Apparently to get it back online there was an issue with Fragmented being in the package since they did not own it so the package was removed without realizing that this would cut access of Silver Package owners to Fragmented.

We are working with Idea Fabrik and Valve to resolve this issue currently. We don't have an ETA but you should get your access back soon.

The first attempt at a fix didn't work today and they are working on a new solution. While they are attempting to work out this issue if you would like to receive a key instead please follow these directions.

1. At the top of the website click on your username dropdown and select "View Profile". Make sure it is public as you are going to send us the URL that comes up. We want to check to make sure you played Fragmented before sending a key. Here is Josh's for example: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197986013216/

2. Copy the URL and email it to support@fragmentedgame.com. Please title the email "Fragmented Key Request" if possible.

We hope to have this resolved soon, but if you want to play now this will get you up and running.
