just made 2 stone axes and where i put them in a slot they disappear,not sure whats going on help. I mean they drop out of the slot hit the ground than diapear.

Make sure you have two adjacent open slots aligned vertically. Drag your mouse pointer to the top open space. If they fall, they will of course look like a package as all items on the ground do.
If it falls through the ground, move to a flat spot, it is a bug that only rarely occurs but it does happen.
