Servers
I need help with adding bots to a server and also to make it so my friends can join it.

Well, for people to join any of your servers, you need to have your ports open. You can go ahead and google how to open ports for hosting a TF2 server.
Then you have to go into the console (~ key, enable it in the advanced options) and type sv_lan 0 and tf_bot (or tf_bot_add, I forgot) for however many bots you want.

i use the tf_bot_add command, but it only works on a few maps. most of the time the bots dont move at all.
