Weapon Visibility
Been playing with the Rift for the last few hours and want to check in with others who have the hardware. I'm experiencing a persistent problem where my weapon seems very low in my FOV - I've recalibrated the Rift twice and most weapons aren't visible when looking straight ahead. Is this a known issue or am I misconfiguring something?

This is a known issue. The view models don't work on the Rift because of the large vertical field of view and because of the aim modes that let you aim up without moving your view up. So instead of using the view models we use the third person models and hang them under the camera. Unfortunately the third person models don't all hold the weapon up where you can see it.

It is nice to be able to see your body, though.
