Activate Virtual Reality in TF2?

it is said that there will be an option "Activate Virtual Reality" on the main menu. Can someone send/ post a screenshot of its location?

after select enabled and apply, it will switch to windowed and says something about restarting the game right? after closing and opening the game again, the game is in windowed yet when I play it is still not in OVR mode. Can you help?

Never mind, ♥♥♥♥ is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. Everyday it changes something so you have to adapt to the new way. Today for example, I don't get any picture only sound when I start the game. So It's just up to me now to adapt even though it seems like adapting will most likely be not playing this game.
