I'm sick of playing on pub servers and usually Lotus (My favourites) are down, I wanna get together with friends and do real gaming with people that know what they're doing. Not competitive as I think that's retarded (OMG QUIKFIX IZ NOT A GUD WEPON QQ), just a good group of people with mutual respect and skill. Any advices?

I don't think it's that easy to get a whole server of good friends, that would be like 18 people.

I am not a skilled player whatsoever but I do get irritated at times when I know what the objective is, but my team just wants the kills for the lulz and not focus on the mission. I don't rage at them though, because I know that it is their own way of playing the game. I'm easy going, and as long as you are easy going too, then we won't have any prollems. I tend to keep my rage (if any does exist) usually on myself more than others.
